Arms - Hypertrophy - February 5, 2018
- When you start off...start off slow, start off small...know this...this is a process, not a destination.
- I have to check my ego in the locker room, cause yeah, I felt silly working out with 5 pound dumbbells, but I'm recovering from multiple injuries...and that sense of shame is dangerous to a healing recovering body who might push it farther than it can go.
- I feel safe enough that I can move up in weight for the next workout in all exercises.
