- I feel like my back is my strongest muscle group...even with compressed spinal segments, my back has never failed to produce.
- I need to work on my form for the Shotgun Row exercise...I was all over the place.
- I need to remember that when I do the Seated Cat-Eye Bar Cable Row...to aim to pinch my shoulder blades.
